
Who is Coach Dora?
My name is Dora Antal and I’m from Hungary. Currently living in Copenhagen,Denmark and I am the founder of Fit by Dora.
I’m a fitness expert with 10 years international experience specialising in habit coaching, strength training and nutrition coaching.
My passion for helping people to reach their fitness and health goals comes from my own success with lifting weights and transforming my own body.
Fitness had an affect on my quality of life, mindset and mental health. I started to believe in myself . Pushing my body and mind to it’s limits quickly made me realise that training is self- care and it has life transforming effects. That’s what I want to share with people.

My approach to health & fitness
I specialise in Habit Coaching and Nutrition coaching. After all what we eat, how we think and how active we are has the biggest effect on our quality of life. I can assure you there isn’t a single thing in your life, nothing ,that will not improve if your health improves.
Fitness for me is a journey to learn about ourselves, understand and listen to our body with a holistic approach in mind. Everyone has different needs , body types, goals and as a Coach my job is to guide you thru the journey and make sure you are on the right path to find balance and achieve your fitness goals without sacrificing your health.

How it works… The solution.
My method is strongly based on habits, so what does that mean?
It means we are focusing on the Why, and the how.
For example : Why is that you can’t stop a certain eating habit ? For example excessive snacking or overeating. What is the root cause?
Unconsciously repeating a certain behaviour is why it’s impossible for you to get rid of a habit and create change. The solution is to go through the 4 stages of change. This is where I come into the picture as your coach.
You just need to decide that you want to make a change and I will help you figure out HOW and provide you with all the tools you need to succeed.
Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle mass or change your eating habits, stop a behaviour that negatively effects your health ,I can help you.
I use an online coaching platform to provide you with all the resources you need.
Providing a nutrition framework , or full nutrition and exercise plan , weekly- progress tracking, support calls and consultations.

It all started after high school in 2015 I decided to en-roll in a 2 years education as a Group Fitness and Wellness Instructor.
