This is Niki - one of my two recent giveaway winners. We’ve been working together for a month and I so proud of Niki’s incredible transformation.
Niki became a proud mom some seven months ago..and needless to say, her life has changed dramatically and the days fly by.
Fortunately, prior to her pregnancy, Niki loved training and once she made up her mind to get back into shape nothing was gonna stop her. Niki’s priority is her family, but during her initial assessment it was her conviction that prioritizing her health was crucial to her happiness and longevity. I couldn’t agree more. Part of coaching is helping and motivating Niki form new healthy habits, maximize her time, while keeping her injury free and helping her push through - like we all need some times.
