I am so happy with the constructive and positive change Dora is helping me to make in my life. Her holistic approach sold me on the idea of a personal coach. Mommy makeover during the pandemic
During the pandemic i was training online with Dora, only at home with a few equipment and mostly HIIT workouts.In 2 year i went from post-pregnancy shape to the best shape of my life. Then couple months after that i started to go to the gym and gained strength and confidence. Today i can tell I am strong and have never felt better in my own skin, thanks to Dora.
